Update v0.1.4

Finally it's there. Now you can save your score with your name. After you finish level just enter your nickname and your time will be save into database. In future I will create high score table. I know, there are many thinks about this missing, but I want to put this out so anyone can beat the game and get know. Because of missing scoreboard, If you will beat game, I will mention you in next update.
